The onsen facilities were great with many things to do and saunas were particularly good. The food served at the restaurant was also tasty and enjoyable. Best aspects were clean baths and friendly atmosphere.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and had really comfortable beds. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to nearby attractions which was really helpful in exploring the area. the onsen was the highlight of the stay, with a variety of mineral beds and saunas.

It was disappointing to find out that tattoos were not allowed in the onsen, which made me uncomfortable as I have one. the staff were also not very fluent in English, which made communication a bit difficult.
